Technical building administration and property management

Building administration is carried out mainly according to the requirements of rental properties of companies within the PKS group or directly for our business partners.

Within this area our company provides:

• regular readings of energy meters and the consequent record keeping
• checking invoices from energy suppliers
• separate billing of leaseholders/tenants
• organising obligatory inspections in administered properties
• administration of technical documentation, provision of property passes

• checking the technical condition of a property and provision of its care and maintenance
